I understand that a non-profit mapping company is unusual. I intend to be as open as possible with this organization but I am new to this world. I know that in the future, posting my IRS form 990 will be important (as well as form 1024). Until the time that I actually have those documents, I intend to post here important documents like Bylaws and Conflicts of Interest policy.

I really have nothing to hide.
